From a flagship holiday park aqua park on the Kent Coast to a brand new Wetherspoon pub nestled in the Lake District, great projects are coming in thick and fast.
Here's a round up video of some of the brilliant fit out, refurb and build projects we’ve been working on this last quarter. You can find a bit more info on each project below.
Northwich market hall - 23 stall fit out
Northwich town centre is getting a new central hub as Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council relocate Northwich Market to Barons Quay. Medlock are delivering the fit-out of the existing shell unit at the heart of the development.
The five-month programme includes the construction of 23 individual vendor stalls to accommodate a mix of food, drink and leisure operators, alongside new façades and bifold entrances. Supporting works cover toilet facilities, back-of-house areas and internal and external drainage systems.
The project builds on our experience delivering market hall schemes across the UK, including Chester Market for the same client. Northwich is due to complete in late summer.

Manchester College, Wythenshawe - New Build Extension and Remodelling Works
Work is well underway on a new extension and remodelling project at The Manchester College's Wythenshawe campus. It’s being delivered for LTE Group as part of their continued investment in education facilities across Greater Manchester.
The three-phase programme is expanding the college's construction and engineering provision with a brand new steel-framed brickwork workshop fitted with an air source heat pump, overhead heating panels and specialist dust extraction systems. We’re also remodelling two existing workshop buildings to create modern classrooms, a new engineering workshop, mezzanine floor and updated office accommodation.

Seven Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire - Full Showbar and Restaurant Refurbishment
Seven Lakes Country Park occupies on 220 acres of parkland, ten fishing lakes and a four-acre watersports lake. This £560k project marked our first collaboration with Unity Holidays, who acquired the site in September 2025 and moved quickly to improve its guest facilities.
Following demolition of the existing food and beverage spaces, we delivered a modern hospitality complex featuring a 160 cover restaurant, pub lounge and sports bar, with new terraces and a lakeside canopy area added to extend the offer outdoors. Works were coordinated carefully around ongoing park operations to minimise disruption to guests throughout the 11 week programme.

Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport NEC - Bedroom and Business Suite Renovation
Located close to both Birmingham Airport and the NEC, this multi-million pound refurbishment is one of the more logistically demanding hotel programmes we've undertaken. The three-phase project covers the renovation of premium bedrooms on the second and third floors, full mechanical and electrical upgrades, and ground and first floor business areas. It’ll revamp 103 bedrooms in total.
All works are being carried out with the hotel fully operational, requiring tight coordination with hotel management to keep the guest experience unaffected throughout.

The Alfred Wainwright, Haven Lakeland - Remodelling into a New Wetherspoon Pub
Named after the legendary fell walker who mapped the Lake District's 214 peaks, The Alfred Wainwright brings the Wetherspoon experience to Haven's Lakeland holiday park. The £450k project saw us completely remodel the former Lakeside Bay Restaurant over 12 weeks, increasing internal capacity from 212 to 304 covers, with a further 140 external seats overlooking the lakeside.
Works included a full internal reconfiguration, new bar and backbar installation and a complete refresh of decorations, lighting and flooring throughout.
