From legendary TV studios in Manchester to holiday parks across the country, we've been working on some of the very best projects lately.

Mollie's Motel, Manchester
The legendary Granada Studios is back in business. Our largest project to date has seen this iconic 1950s landmark redefined into Mollie's Manchester - a 128 room hotel with retro diner, basement cocktail bar, co-working space and health facilities.
The project has brought the building's creative energy roaring back to life in the heart of the city. Spanning 100,000 square feet across five floors, Mollie's Manchester is designed as a social hub where people can work, stay and play.
Every detail focused on respecting what came before whilst building something completely fresh - from preserving the iconic glass and grey-granite façade to working with local Manchester artists on bespoke pieces throughout. As a Manchester contractor, it’s an honour to be trusted in bringing this prestigious building back to life.
Nando's, Kilmarnock
Ayrshire welcomed its very first Nando's earlier this year as we transformed a former restaurant site in Kilmarnock. The new venue brings PERi-PERi chicken to the region and has created 40 local jobs.
Working through the Scottish winter and coordinating across a large project team brought challenges, but close collaboration with Nando's helped us deliver a brilliant fit-out for this regional first. Read the Nando’s Kilmarnock case study.
Wetherspoons at Haven Cala Gran
We've been remodelling the existing Lakeside Bay Restaurant at Haven's Cala Gran holiday park to create a new Wetherspoon pub.
The renovation will provide 304 internal covers plus 140 external covers, significantly expanding the park's food and beverage offering for guests. The project is part of the exclusive partnership between Haven and Wetherspoon, which will see new pubs introduced across Haven's UK holiday park portfolio.
Seven Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire
Unity Parks is completely revamping the guest experience at Seven Lakes Country Park - a 220 acre holiday park surrounded by lakes and woodlands in North Lincolnshire.
The project includes the demolition of existing food and drink areas, before building a new 160 cover restaurant, pub lounge and sports bar, alongside new outdoor terraces, canopies and viewing areas for the park's water-based activities.
The 11 week project marks our first work with Unity Parks as they grow their holiday park portfolio.
Premier Inn Goole & Oldham
We're continuing our strong partnership with Whitbread on their Premier Inn expansion programme. In East Yorkshire, we've delivered a two-storey, 16 bedroom extension to the existing hotel in Goole alongside external upgrades.
In Oldham, we've completed a 35 bedroom extension with a new breakfast room, built on the site of the former Clayton Green Brewers Fayre restaurant.
These projects form part of a wider multi-site programme with Whitbread, demonstrating their continued confidence in our ability to deliver quality hospitality projects on time and to budget.
