3 More Premier Inn Projects Underway For Whitbread
Work has started on three new Premier Inn projects as Whitbread's expansion programme continues to gather pace across the UK.
The latest sites in Nottingham, Sale and Stourbridge will add 124 high-quality bedrooms to Whitbread's portfolio, delivered through a combination of new build extensions and restaurant conversions.

Premier Inn Nottingham
The Nottingham project involves the construction of a new build, 49 bedroom extension following the demolition of The Boathouse Beefeater restaurant.
The three storey lightweight steel frame extension will significantly expand the existing hotel's capacity, providing modern accommodation for guests visiting Nottingham for business and leisure.
Premier Inn Sale
At Sale in Greater Manchester, we're delivering a 43 bedroom, two storey timber frame annex which will replace the outbound Mersey Farm restaurant.
The project also includes accessibility improvements to the existing hotel building, with the removal of existing bedrooms to create two universal access rooms. Additional alterations will provide a universal access shower room and updated linen facilities.
Premier Inn Stourbridge
The Stourbridge project involves the construction of a four storey, 32 bedroom extension following the demolition of the existing Brewers Fayre pub.
The scheme also includes car parking improvements, drainage upgrades and external works to make sure the expanded hotel meets modern standards and can accommodate increased guest numbers.
