The Springfield, a new J D Wetherspoon pub at Haven's Cala Gran park in Fleetwood, is now complete and open.
As part of the growing partnership between two of the UK's most recognisable hospitality brands, the project involved the complete refurbishment and reconfiguration of the park's existing Mash and Barrel unit.
Our works included structural alterations, including the removal of structural columns to open up the new layout, alongside a redesigned bar, new kitchen facilities and upgraded mechanical and electrical services throughout.
Externally, the space was upgraded with an extended garden and decking area for guests to soak in their holiday surroundings. The result is a modern, high-quality pub environment that complements both the Wetherspoon’s and Haven brands.
The Springfield adds to our long-standing relationship with Haven across multiple sites throughout the UK, including The Alfred Wainwright at Haven Lakeland, plus previous projects at Haven’s Kent Coast, Skegness and Cleethorpes parks.
This continued programme of work demonstrates our capability in delivering within live holiday park environments to a consistently high standard.
