From coastal holiday parks to iconic London landmarks, we've been delivering some fantastic projects with brilliant clients right across the country over the past few months.
Here's a look at the diverse range of hospitality, leisure and entertainment fit-outs and refurbishments we've been working on.
Premier Inn Oldbury
Working as part of Whitbread's major expansion programme, we’re transforming the former Lakeside Cookhouse & Pub into new guest bedrooms alongside a refreshed restaurant space. The project involves demolition, alteration and a complete fit-out of the ground floor space, plus comprehensive drainage and external upgrades - all delivered whilst maintaining full hotel operations.

Haven Kent Coast Holiday Park
This major aqua park development at the Kent Coast holiday park will feature Haven's first-of-its-kind Wild River rapids slide, interactive Aquaplay zones and expanded indoor swimming area. An additional phase to create an enclosed pool extension with glazed elevations will mean the facility is set up as a year-round family destination.
Located just 35 minutes from London, Kent Coast continues to evolve into one of Haven's premier 'Parks of the Future' destinations.

Clays Soho
We recently handed over Clays' flagship venue in Soho - a 20,000 square foot project spanning three floors of a Grade II-listed Art Deco building. This renovation project transformed this heritage building into an entertainment destination featuring London's first Clays Arcade, eight traditional shooting pegs and private event spaces.
Working within the listed building required careful balance between preserving historic architecture and incorporating cutting-edge gaming technology.

Premier Inn Stafford
This project involves the conversion of the existing Redhill Brewers Fayre into 22 new guest rooms. The updates will maximise the existing structure without demolition, demonstrating efficient adaptation of spaces to deliver additional accommodation in key markets.

DoubleTree by Hilton Tower of London
This exciting project down in the capital saw a full refurbishment of 184 bedrooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The plans introduced two new room categories and helped to expand the hotel's appeal beyond the usual business travellers during the week to welcome families and leisure guests over the weekend.
The impressive refurb featured a new autumnal colour scheme, custom furnishings and modern upgrades, with 75 rooms now family-friendly. The hotel remained fully operational throughout thanks to carefully planned phased delivery.
