Extension Complete and New Rooms Delivered at Premier Inn Goole

Works have completed on a £1.4m extension project at Premier Inn Goole, delivering additional accommodation at this well-placed hotel.

The project included the construction of a two-storey extension to provide 16 new bedrooms alongside the conversion of two existing rooms as part of the wider upgrade.

Located close to the M62 between Leeds and Hull, the hotel serves a high volume of guests. The new rooms added much-needed capacity at this busy site.

Delivered in a live hotel environment

The 23 week programme was delivered while the hotel remained fully operational. Managing noisy activities around live trading conditions required careful planning and close coordination between site teams to make sure any disruption to guests was kept to an absolute minimum. 

The completed commercial extension adds to the hotel’s classy and comfortable accommodation. The new rooms feature modern sleeping and living quarters complete with feature headboards,  comfy beds, stylish lighting, slick bathrooms and open storage areas. 

Continuing work with Whitbread

This latest completion forms part of a growing programme of Premier Inn projects currently being delivered for Whitbread across the UK.
