Hook, Line and Showbar at Seven Lakes Country Park

Set within 220 acres of lakes, woodland and natural parkland, Seven Lakes Country Park is one of North Lincolnshire's most peaceful holiday destinations. And it's just received a significant investment from growing operator Unity Holidays.

Acquired in September 2024, the park is located near Scunthorpe on the edge of the Humberhead Peatlands. It's home to ten fishing lakes, a four acre watersports lake and a mix of activities to suit families, fishers and those who love the fresh air.

Medlock have recently completed a full refurbishment of the park's main food, drink and entertainment areas, delivering a new-look hospitality complex that gives guests a proper social hub to match the setting.

New restaurant and show bar

Work began on the Seven Lakes site with the demolition of the existing food and beverage spaces to clear the way for a complete refurbishment of the showbar area.

The 11 week programme delivered:

• 160 cover restaurant

• Pub lounge

• Sports bar

• New terraces and canopy areas overlooking the lakes

• Upgraded lighting and fencing

The new spaces have had a significant impact on the park's hospitality offering, creating more reasons for guests to gather, dine and unwind both indoors and out.

Supporting Unity Holidays' growth

This project marks Medlock's first with Unity Holidays as they continue to invest in and develop their holiday park portfolio across the UK.
