Some brilliant news to share - our fantastic clients and us have received three nominations at the Fit Out UK Awards 2025!
The nominations celebrate two exceptional hospitality projects alongside our overall contribution to the industry, demonstrating the quality work that comes from collaborating with forward-thinking clients who invest in creating amazing spaces.
⭐ Fit Out Project of the Year - Hospitality: The Arc Cinema Preston
Located on the historic site of Preston's former indoor market, the incredible Arc Cinema in Preston features eight screens with luxury seating. Two of the screens are fitted out with state-of-the-art HYPERSENSE technology, creating an amazing experience for visitors.
This marks our third project with the great and innovative team at the Arc Cinema and our friends at NBDA after working on exciting projects in Rotherham and Hucknall. We’re extremely proud of what we’ve achieved together.
⭐ Fit Out Project of the Year - Hospitality (Restaurant): Fifty The Street at Burleigh Court Hotel
Working with Imago Venues in the amazing surroundings of Loughborough University, Fifty The Street is a beautiful 140-cover restaurant created within a repurposed former courtyard and designed to support sustainable dining.
The restaurant forms part of a stunning wider project involving the creation of a conference space, meeting rooms, co-working space, new hotel lobby and bar - named Carney & Scott's Bar after Loughborough University alumni Lionesses Karen Carney OBE and Jill Scott MBE.
It’s fantastic to see the vision and investment from Imago Venues and the talented design team at Harrison being recognised at a national level with this nomination.
⭐ Fit Out Contractor of the Year
This one’s a huge pat on the back for our team and recognition for delivering quality projects with such brilliant clients and supply chain partners across the UK.
We're proud to have played a part in making these projects happen. Massive congratulations to everyone involved in bringing these amazing spaces to life.
The winners will be announced on 11th September at the Park Plaza London Riverbank - good luck to everyone involved!

The Fit Out Awards stands as the UK's premier celebration of exceptional fit-out projects and the talented teams behind them. By recognising outstanding achievement, the awards aim to encourage greater investment in the fit-out sector by showcasing its capabilities to corporate and public sector clients whilst promoting the development of key fit-out skills.
The judging process maintains the highest standards of integrity. A distinguished panel of industry leaders, including international designers, commentators, critics and fit-out practitioners, rigorously evaluate all submissions. Judges are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and declare any potential conflicts of interest, with entries reassigned where necessary to ensure complete impartiality.
