Mansion Group To Refresh Two Manchester Student Accommodation Sites

Mansion Group is refreshing two student accommodation developments in Manchester. 

The programme will deliver modern bedrooms, improved communal areas and upgraded infrastructure at Moss Court in Rusholme and City Edge in Ardwick. Just on the outskirts of the city centre, both sites support student life in one of the UK's largest university cities.

Improving the student living experience

Work will begin with a full strip-out of the existing accommodation before progressing into a complete internal upgrade of both buildings.

Across the two sites, 57 bedrooms will be refurbished - 27 at City Edge and 30 at Moss Court - with internal reconfigurations creating new en-suite bathrooms throughout.

The scope also includes the refurbishment of shared living areas, alongside infrastructure improvements throughout both buildings to improve the overall quality and functionality of the accommodation.

Continuing a long-standing partnership

The Manchester projects continue Medlock’s long-standing relationship with Mansion Group, following previous student accommodation refurbishments at Singer Hall in Coventry, Austin Hall & Asquith House in Leeds and Peterson Hall in Dundee.
