1Rebel Gym Coming To London’s Olympia Exhibition Centre In £1bn+ Redevelopment

Medlock is on site delivering the fit-out of a new 1Rebel gym at London’s Olympia.

1Rebel’s 9,500 sq ft fitness studio forms part of the £1.3bn redevelopment of the iconic West London exhibition centre into a world class destination for culture, entertainment, hospitality and business.

When complete, the new London Olympia will include a new 4,000-capacity live music venue, two hotels, around 30 restaurants and bars, 550,000 sq ft of offices and new public spaces. 1Rebel's boutique gym among the headline leisure and wellness names joining the line-up.

A premium fitness fit-out from scratch

Working from a Category A shell, Medlock's four month programme will deliver the complete interior fit-out of the new studio. Works include partition installation, wall, floor and ceiling finishes, bespoke joinery and premium fixtures and fittings throughout. The fit-out will create the high-energy, immersive environment 1Rebel is known for across their growing network of studios across the capital. 

The project will introduce 1Rebel's signature blend of high-intensity fitness classes, next-level sound and lighting systems and premium changing facilities to one of West London's most exciting new spaces.

Continuing a strong partnership with 1Rebel

This project builds on our recent fit-out of 1Rebel's Leadenhall studio at The Scalpel in the City of London, which we completed earlier this year. This was a fantastic £1m project in one of London’s most distinctive skyscrapers. Next up, another iconic venue for this growing fitness brand. 

With Olympia's new venues launching throughout 2026 and 2027, we’re looking forward to getting the 1Rebel studio ready to launch in the new year.
