Brand-New Miller & Carter Restaurant Underway in Preston

Work is now underway on a brand-new Miller & Carter pub and restaurant in Preston. 

The new-build project is being delivered for long-standing client Mitchells & Butlers who are looking to add another location for the popular steakhouse brand.

Known as the ‘Masters of Steak’, Miller & Carter has built its reputation around carefully sourced, 30-day aged British and Irish beef with its field-to-fork approach at the heart of the dining experience.

New build restaurant and fit-out

The programme of works are scheduled to complete in Spring 2027 and will see the new restaurant constructed from the ground up. With the team now on site, extensive groundworks is the first call before moving on to the timber and steel frame structure, followed by the installation of the roof and external walls.

Internally, the project includes the construction of walls and partitions, alongside ceiling and flooring finishes and extensive bespoke joinery throughout the restaurant.

Our team will also oversee the mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations, coordinating the different elements of the build through to completion.

Once finished, the new venue will provide a high-quality setting designed to deliver the familiar Miller & Carter experience for people of Preston.

The project continues a long-standing working relationship with Mitchells & Butlers and builds on our experience delivering Miller & Carter restaurants across the UK. Previous projects include new-build restaurants and shell fit-outs in locations including Bristol, Newcastle and Sheffield.
