Refinement at Lodore Falls Hotel

Medlock is thrilled to announce we are currently on site at the Lodore Falls Hotel in Keswick delivering a time sensitive refurbishment of the guest facilities on behalf of our valued client Lake District Hotels.

Situated on the shores of Derwentwater, Lodore Falls is a renowned destination spa hotel offering guests luxurious suites to unwind and explore the beauty of the Lake District along with a plethora of culinary delights from their award-winning Pan-Asian Mizu and Lakeside restaurants.

The project sees us undertake a considered refresh of the hotel reception, restaurant, bar area and function rooms internally. Externally we are upgrading the car park along with hard landscaping around the main hotel entrance with new oak feature canopy.

Handover is scheduled for the start of Spring and coincides with the key trading months for the hotel. Our experience in delivering fast track hotel refurbishment was one of the key factors in securing this appointment and we are delighted to be collaborating with Lake District Hotels to deliver this important investment with the quality the client deserves.
