THE WHERE: THE PLACES THAT WE STORE THIS INFORMATION

We use third party processor Mailchimp for our email newsletter. Mailchimp will only process data as instructed by us and are not allowed to process the data any further than necessary for the Purpose for which it was collected. In the event of any transfer outside of the European Economic Area/EU, such transfers take place in accordance with applicable European Union data protection rules under security conditions enabling the protection of the personal information.
In addition, some of the services are served by third-parties. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online service. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioural) advertising or other targeted content. HOW DO WE RESPOND TO ‘DO NOT TRACK’ SIGNALS?
We do not track you over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. Therefore, we do not respond to do not track (DNT) signals. Some third parties providing content and applications to the services do respond to DNT signals and that will limit your access to the interactive features of the services.
HOW TO LIMIT USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. HOW TO ACCESS, CORRECT, AND OBJECT TO PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION
We aim to keep personal information accurate and up to date. You may send us an e-mail at info@medlockfrb.com together with a proof of your identity to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. In addition, you have the right to oppose to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we are unable to verify your identity or the change would violate an applicable law or regulation.
WE DO NOT COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16
Our services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
