Quality & Customer Care Manager

Jon plays a key role in the business as our Quality & Customer Care Manager. He is responsible for projects when they reach the end of the defects period, arranging attendance from our own dedicated team and sub-contractors to complete any defects. Once we have completed all work required and the client is happy we can sign off the project and pass the making good defects certificate to the project QS to invoice and keep Colin Happy!

A keen golfer and sports watcher, he also enjoys walking on Sundays with the grandchildren, going to gigs and cooking for his family.
