Medlock head back to the Midlands
The Medlock team will be heading to the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield to refurbish one of J.D. Wetherspoon’s finest assets. The Bishop Vesey will be given a thorough refresh over a 10-week programme.
Internally, the entire venue will be stripped back to shell conditions and thoroughly refurbished throughout. Key elements of the design include a new granite bar top and back bar, redecoration and flooring throughout and restoration of the existing fireplace. Once complete, the pub restaurant will boast a total of 180 covers.
Further to the interior refurbishment, the project also includes the creation of a new roof terrace. Having space for a further 85 covers, the terrace will feature bespoke fixed seating booths, planters and even trees! Customer will be able to drink and dine on a summers’ eve at this fabulous high street location.
Other recently completed projects in the Midlands include Pizza Express in Moseley, Bella Italia in Walsall and The Robert Peel pub in Bloxwich
