Situated on Heyhouses Lane in the Fylde coast resort of Lytham St Annes, The Water’s Edge is the latest new-build pub/restaurant to be constructed by Medlock for Foresight Restaurants and its joint-venture partner Joseph Holt.

The individual and stylish interior layout compliment a unique and innovative main menu and carvery, together with mouth-watering homemade cakes and ice-cream and award-winning cask ales and lagers.

The Water’s Edge, which features 300 internal covers plus a further 100 on an external, part-covered patio/garden area abutting the village green, was built and fitted-out by Medlock in a timescale of 25 weeks.
