Following the new-build Premier Inn in Penrith, Medlock delivered a new 80-bedroom hotel and Brewers Fayre, this time in Cockermouth. The success of the project was down to the site team who quickly learned the lessons from the Penrith project and implemented the Premier Inn brand standard to out complete satisfaction. I am pleased to say the hotel and restaurant opened on time and the feedback from customers and the operations team has been extremely positive. I look forward to similar results on future projects with Medlock.
