The evolution of the ever-popular Hungry Horse dining format has seen the next -generation concept implemented by the Medlock team at ‘The Parsonage’ in Leigh.

Design modifications have led to improved customer flow to the trading areas, together with the introduction of several new features and changes to the colour scheme and internal finishes.

With a capacity for 230 covers and a further 120 on the external sun-terrace, the pub-restaurant is located on a brand new retail park.

It takes its name from the former Parsonage Colliery and is one of the largest regeneration sites in Lancashire.
