- Value: £250k
- Duration: 5 Weeks
Celebrating 150 years of brewing, Hydes have made a major investment in The Jolly Thresher, a country pub of great character in the village of Lymm.
Over a 5 week contract period Medlock undertook the construction of a new single-storey extension to accommodate more dining space and a complete internal refurbishment of the existing public house to create an attractive venue providing great beer, food and wine in a countryside setting.
The works included the removal of load bearing walls, forming new partition walls, the adaptation of existing M&E services, new bar counters and backfittings, decorative joinery and internal decoration to the highest standard.
Externally, a large new garden and patio area for relaxed al fresco drinking and dining has been redesigned as Hydes continue to invest in their estate and offer the very best of hospitality to their customers
