An above-par refurbishment for The Manor Golf Club

Here at Medlock, we love nothing more than an afternoon on the golf course.  With that in mind, we jumped at the chance to assist The Manor Golf Club in a remodelling of their former Pro Shop space as part of a series of site upgrades to mark their 30th year of trade.

Located in the leafy village of Drighlington, 5 miles South-West of Leeds the club features an 18-hole championship course, par 3 academy course and state-of-the-art driving range.

The clubhouse doubles as a very popular wedding and restaurant venue and this first phase of works will enable the club to cater for larger ceremonies and enter their next phase of growth.

As part of the works, we’ll be delivering a new external terrace area, perfect for those picture-perfect wedding moments, and a full refurbishment of the lower ground floor. The internal works will include the fit-out of a brand-new member's only bar and restaurant, bathroom facilities and changing rooms allowing the main clubhouse space to focus solely on wedding and restaurant bookings.

Working alongside the ultra-talented Studio Two Interiors, the project is on site now and will complete in May. Just in time for you to dust off your clubs for some summer competition.
