Academic project wins for Medlock

Building on our progression in the education sector Medlock has recently commenced two refurbishments at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts and the LTE Group Openshaw campus respectively.

Over in Merseyside, we are undertaking an upgrade to the existing reception area, toilet facilities and one of the rehearsal rooms at the former school where both Sir Paul McCartney and John Lennon attended. Featured in the reception area is a new bespoke counter and TV wall delivered from our joinery workshop to completely refresh the look and feel of the entrance to the world leading performing and creative arts training centre.

Our project for the LTE Group sees us remodel a number of areas within the Cube building in readiness for the new academic year. The ground floor campus cafeteria and social spaces are receiving a full refurbishment as well as the creation of a new mock hospital ward and care unit. On the first floor we are transforming a former classroom to house a brand-new state of the art learning resource centre.

We look forward to handing over these important projects in September.
